What we collect in the app and on this website, why, who helps us run it, and how to see or delete your data.
Last updated October 28, 2026
The short version. We use your information to build and adjust your plan, run your membership and reply to you. We do not sell your personal information, we don't use it for targeted ads, and there are no ads in the app. Your health answers, logs and photos are seen only by you and your coach. You can ask us for a copy or to delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Aureum Consulting LLC, doing business as Aureum Coaching ("Aureum," "we," "us"), handles personal information in the Aureum app (app.aureumcoaching.com), on this website and when you contact us.
2. What we collect
- Account: your name, email, phone number and preferred language.
- Intake and health screening (Blueprint): age, height, weight, goals, work and sleep schedule, training history, equipment, food preferences and dislikes, injuries, and health screening answers, such as medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, weight-loss medication, and a past or current eating disorder. This is health information, and we treat it as sensitive.
- What you log: workouts, weights and reps, steps, body weight, check-ins and notes, food logs and meals, and barcodes you scan.
- Progress photos: front, side and back photos, if you choose to add them. They are stored in private storage and shown only to you and your coach through links that expire.
- Meal photos and text: the app does not currently offer meal-photo or text estimates. If we add that feature, we will update this policy before it starts.
- Voice input: if you tap the microphone, your browser's built-in speech recognition turns your words into text, and only that text is saved. We do not receive or store audio. Some browsers (for example, Google Chrome) send the audio to the browser maker's servers to turn it into text, under that company's privacy policy. You can always type instead.
- Coach chat: the messages you send and receive.
- Membership and billing: your plan, trial and renewal dates, and payment status. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store your full card number.
- Website: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects pages viewed and general device and location information. See the Cookie Notice.
- Technical: basic logs (such as IP address, browser and time) that our hosting and database providers keep for security.
- When you contact us: your email address and what you send us.
3. How we use it
- To build your Blueprint and plan and adjust it each week.
- To run the health screening and keep the plan safe for you (for example, asking you to get your doctor's OK first).
- To run your trial, membership, renewals, pauses and cancellations.
- To let your coach review your progress and reply to you, based on your plan.
- To send you account emails, such as sign-in links, trial and renewal notices, receipts and important changes.
- To keep the Service secure, fix problems and improve it using combined, non-identifying numbers.
- To follow the law.
We use your health information only to provide the Service you asked for. You give it to us by choosing to answer the screening; you can skip a question, but the plan may then be more limited.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and private photo storage.
- Cloudflare: hosting and security for the app and website.
- Stripe: payments, trials, renewals and the billing page.
- Resend: notification emails (coach alerts never include the text of your message).
- Google Analytics: website visits only, and only if you accept cookies.
- Open Food Facts: receives only the barcode number when you scan a product.
- Any provider we use to estimate meals from photos or text, if you use that feature. We will list it here before turning it on.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business (and this policy would still protect it).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and history while your account is open, including after a membership ends, so your history is there if you come back. You can ask us to delete it at any time. If your account has no sign-in and no active membership for 24 months in a row, we delete your account and data automatically, except billing records. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for a short time for security.
6. Your choices and rights
- See a copy of your personal information, or get it in a portable format.
- Correct information that is wrong (much of it you can edit in the app).
- Delete your account and data: email orozco.orlando096@gmail.com from the email on your account with "Delete my data." We confirm by email and complete it within 30 days. If you have an active membership, cancel it first so you aren't charged again. We may keep billing records the law requires.
- Analytics: decline or change cookies with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
We answer requests within 45 days. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond within 60 days. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Texas Attorney General. We will never charge you more or treat you differently for using these rights.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, private storage for photos with links that expire, and access limited to you, your coach and the people who need it to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in private. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Age
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Where data is processed
Aureum is based in Texas, and the Service is meant for people in the United States. Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will post it here and email members before it applies.
